Locally owned and operated, Property Brokers of Southwest Missouri was founded in 2009 by Nina Ward, a Real Estate Broker with over 30 years experience in the Greater Springfield Area. 

 

Throughout her real estate career, Nina has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers.  Nina has managed investment properties, offered investment consultation, and has assisted many individuals and families in achieving their investment goals.  She served as managing broker for a local real estate company for some time, and has owned her own real estate company during the majority of her real estate career. 
 

She has also been involved in real estate land development projects, worked alongside builders on the development of subdivisions, and played a major role in the design and construction of new homes being built in those subdivisions.
